Shipping/Returns/Exchange

Shipping:

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of your order date. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of your order.
  • Signature Confirmation: Any orders with a total value of $200.00 or more will automatically include delivery with signature confirmation. This is for your protection to ensure safe delivery of high-value items.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail and UPS.

  • Please note Rare Diamond Co is not responsible for any delays once order has been shipped from our facility. Shipping times may also vary depending on your shipping destination. All shipping updates will be communicated via email.
  • Please add Route Insurance at checkout . Declining this insurance means you are liable for any lost , stolen or damaged packages.
  • Rare Diamond Co. is not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages that are delivered by any shipping service. Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be made with the shipping carrier; we are not liable in any of these situations. Some lost or damaged packages are insured by the shipping service . Contact the shipping service used to file a insurance claim if your tracking information indicates that it was delivered. 
  • Please ensure you confirm your billing and shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery of shipment due to incorrect addresses.

 

Refund policy/Exchange

At Rare Diamond Co., we take pride in the quality of our products. To maintain fairness and product integrity, all returns must be pre-approved. Please review the policy below before submitting a request.

Refunds

All items are non-refundable. If an item you ordered does not turn out to be what you expected, eligible items may get returned within 10-days from receipt for a store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective items. Please email us at help@shoprarediamond.com to start the return process . 

 10-Day Return Window
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Store Credit: Store credits will be processed on an e-gift card only. Merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received and should be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and sellable, with original tags attached, and all packaging materials included. 

 Returns must be approved in advance by contacting us at help@shoprarediamond.com.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective . Please return merchandise using a secure method (shipping box or bag).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of receipt at shoprarediamond@gmail.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges
 If you wish to replace an item, please email us and we will provide the shipping address for you to send us back the exchange. Once received, approved and processed, you will receive and email with a store credit in the amount of the item you purchased ( This will not include shipping fees because that service was completed) you may place a new order with the store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:
Sale or final clearance items , loungewear , hosiery (socks etc).

Gift cards , items with no tags.
Used or damaged items not caused by our error
