SHIPPING 

All U.S. orders are free shipping $35 and up. Shipping fees apply for orders under $35.This does not apply to Canada and International shipments. Specific shipping costs to countries located outside the U.S. will be quoted based on the Shipping Address provided in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas Rare Diamond Boutique shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING

All Priority Mail /First Class shipments will take approximately 1-5 business days depending on location . Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed  processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 

 

Rare Diamond Boutique is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address our system will print and ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.

Rare Diamond Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If your package is shipped as priority shipping . It automatically is covered with $50 of insurance

WAREHOUSE PICKUPS

•Pickups cannot be exchanged before picking up item/items 
•The customer will contact or be contacted to schedule pickup time/date . If you cannot meet that time/date please reschedule.

• If the customer does not pickup up the order after a extended period of time (Months) . Your item/items will be donated towards a charitable foundation.
