Shipping policy

Shipping:

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of your order date. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of your order.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail and USPS Ground Package.
  • Please note Rare Diamond Co is not responsible for any delays once order has been shipped from our facility. Shipping times may also vary depending on your shipping destination. All shipping updates will be communicated via email.
  • Rare Diamond Co. is a small business and is not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages that are delivered by USPS. Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be made with the shipping carrier; we are not liable in any of these situations. Some lost or damaged packages are insured by the USPS for up to $100 (Please purchase additional insurance shipping if your total is above $100. Contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to file an insurance claim if your tracking information indicates that it was delivered. 
  • Please ensure you confirm your billing and shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery of shipment due to incorrect addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
